Washington Trust Provides Commercial Financing to Visiting Nurse of HopeHealth, Formerly Visiting Nurse Home Care, in Lincoln, RI

Westerly, RI – The Washington Trust Company recently provided commercial financing to Visiting Nurse of HopeHealth, formerly Visiting Nurse Home Care, an independent, non-profit, community-based home health care provider located in Lincoln, RI.

Visiting Nurse of HopeHealth is the new name for Visiting Nurse Home Care, recently changed as part of the merger between its parent company, Home Care & Hospice of New England (HCHNE) and HopeHealth (HH), one of the premier hospice providers in the region. The new affiliation will serve Rhode Island and eastern Massachusetts, becoming the largest not-for-profit hospice and palliative care provider in New England.

Founded in 1908, Visiting Nurse of HopeHealth’s tradition continues to be rooted in providing high-quality home care to residents of Rhode Island and southern Massachusetts. The agency provides nurses, therapists, medical social workers, and home care aides to over 3,500 patients and families in the community.
